How to Reconnect Your Instagram with Zorcha

The Refresh Permissions button is an essential feature that ensures that Zorcha maintains the necessary permissions to interact through Instagram DMs, stories or comments. Additionally, this functionality can help you resolve a number of technical issues in your account, including: * Automation not published or messages not being sent * Discrepancy between Instagram accounts and Zorcha (page name, username, profile picture, etc.) * post/reel comment trigger not displaying the list of existing posts * difficulties activating the Main Menu, Welcome Message, or Default Reply. The button is available in the Help section under Settings > Instagram. Instagram can unexpectedly lose the connection to your page permissions. If you encounter any trouble, like content not sending or setting not saving, always refresh your permissions first. How to do it on the Zorcha Website Step 1: Click on Settings 🔽 In your Zorcha dashboard, look at the left sidebar. 🔲 Click on the Settings tab, as shown in the image below:

Why are comments going late/not going on Zorcha?

You set up an automation, and while some users received the DM as expected, others either got it late or didn’t receive it at all. This can be confusing, especially when your post is performing well and getting good engagement. But why this happens Well there are two main reasons: 1. Instagram Rate Limit When someone comments on your Instagram post, Instagram sends a small alert to Zorcha. This alert is called a webhook. You can think of a webhook like Instagram telling Zorcha, “Hey, someone just commented. Please check if it has the right keyword and reply.” But Instagram has limits. One account can only send a certain number of these webhook alerts per minute. So if you are a big influencer and your reel goes viral, and suppose it gets 50 comments in a minute but Instagram can only send 40 webhooks, then 10 comments are missed. Zorcha never finds out about those comments, so no DM is sent. 1. Network or API Issues Sometimes, even if the webhook is generated, it doesn’t get processed due to network delays or Instagram server issues.
